Client Reporting Specialist

The Client Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting the Client Services Manager or Account Manager in the development of customer reports, ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled and reports are generated promptly in line with established criteria. This role is dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences through comprehensive reporting and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer data and feedback to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement in reporting processes and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Services, Field Service Operations, and Support Center, to gather requirements and insights for report generation.
  • Understand the formal and informal goals, standards, policies, and procedures of the department, as well as having some knowledge of other departments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer reporting and analytics, integrating new technologies and methodologies as needed.
  • Generate reports following established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate customer deliverables.
  • Provide reports within agreed timelines, which may include daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or operations.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret standard business documentation (e.g., contract language).
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must possess the ability to prioritize workload and take initiative in the absence of supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, formatting, and consistency in created presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of data collection, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Capacity to manage multiple high-priority escalations and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge in Data Storage or Servers or Program Management Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages.

Education:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
