Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our guests in Tabas Apartments. Your primary objective will be to identify and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that our guests feel valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track customer orders and evaluate services performed by internal and external collaborators
  • Analyze complex customer inquiries and develop strategic information for the areas
  • Be entrepreneurial and proactive in resolving customer issues
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify the origin of customer support issues and improve related processes
  • Participate in building 24/7 customer support for our clients in Tabas apartments
Requirements
  • Work experience in a customer service position
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work on weekends when needed
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Problem-solving attitude and drive to get things done
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
