About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at SumUp. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with global teams
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of analytical modeling and SQL
- Intermediate Excel skills
