Quality Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to excel in our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in product quality, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Investigate and propose countermeasures for improving product quality, with a focus on interior/exterior and body/paint.
  • Daily management of suppliers, promoting improvements in product quality through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in experimental assemblies and implementation of new products, performing thorough checks and adjustments.
  • Identify and implement solutions for production issues before the vehicle SOP (Start of Production).
  • Review control plans for parts in accordance with regulations and technical agreements.
  • Inspect parts for mass production of new models, ensuring market-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Extensive experience in quality analysis and improvement, focusing on interior/exterior and body/paint.
  • Familiarity with the production process of interior and exterior components.
  • Ability to analyze parts and resolve issues using tools such as 8D, SPC, 5W3H, among others.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different areas of the organization and suppliers.
