Imagine yourself at the forefront of innovation, driving breakthroughs in the field of healthcare as a Research and Development Scientist. This role requires strong expertise in clinical research, product development, or medical affairs, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective strategies to meet local, regional, and global requirements;
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols to ensure successful study outcomes;
- Lead site selection and oversee studies to guarantee sound methodology and compliance;
- Collaborate with study teams to resolve issues and deviations identified during studies;
- Participate in the creation of corrective action plans;
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to develop technical justification letters and with Medical Affairs to define product communication strategies.
In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Biological, Chemical, or Physical fields, or equivalent experience in R&D;
- Minimum four years of experience in Cosmetics R&D, with experience in Clinical Research, Product Development, or Medical Affairs highly desirable;
- Strong connection and interpersonal skills, ability to lead multiple priorities in a global environment, and availability to work in São José dos Campos at least three times a week.
