Business Development and Contract Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating contract amendments with research sites and working with a global team to request and review templates. You will also deal with research sites and the legal department to negotiate clauses and budget values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate Contract Amendments with Research Sites:
- Deal with global IQVIA team to request and review contract amendments templates;
- Deal with research sites/legal department to negotiate clauses and budget values;
- Follow specific project instructions;
- Manage parties signature (internal and external);
- Support senior experts on contract shipment and signature follow up;
- Perform internal and sponsor trainings;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Be enrolled at university;
- 1 year (or more) until graduation;
- Live in São Paulo - Brazil (or ABC);
- Advanced English;
- Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment;
- Evidence of effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
- Proficiency in alignment with the desired role placement.
