Job Title: Human Resources Support SpecialistKey Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our global business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new starter onboarding, employee changes, benefits, compensation, payroll preparation, end-of-employment administration, reporting, file management, employment correspondence, and maintaining accurate employee records.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of the importance of delivering an excellent employee experience.
  • Familiarity with the full recruit to retire lifecycle, procedures, and policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high volumes and conflicting demands.
  • An eye for detail, logical approach, and drive to complete tasks to a high-quality standard.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Solution-focused with a proactive approach and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in working with standard office software such as Microsoft Office and strong skills in Excel and Word.
