About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our People & Talent department, you will play a crucial part in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, communication, and talent retention initiatives.
  2. HR Needs Assessment: Identify and assess the HR needs of the business, developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs and drive efficiency.
  3. Employee Reporting: Manage and share employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  4. Hiring Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  5. HR Support: Act as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and grievances.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
  7. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment for all employees, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  8. Employer Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employer brand image for the organization, showcasing our values and culture.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in HR or psychology is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a People Operations Specialist, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist.
  3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
  4. Skills: Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise; excellent written and spoken English; strong data management and presentation skills; strong understanding of market intelligence; capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  5. Availability: Available to work from the office in Sao Paolo.
