Digital Content Moderator Role Overview

The Digital Content Moderator is responsible for reviewing and publishing high-quality, fast-turnaround content across various platforms. This role emphasizes regional and global content, requiring close collaboration with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Review and Publishing: Manage day-to-day tasks, reviewing all materials delivered for publishing and implementing publishing protocols.
  • Workflow Management: Understand and contribute to evolving workflows to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management and Design teams to maintain consistency and quality across materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Flag concerns or issues encountered with received work, ensuring feedback is provided and processes are adhered to.
  • Final Publication: Support the final publication of content within a client's proprietary CMS.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years working with a content management system and managing content for a global audience.
  • Clients Services Experience: Experience in client services or production agencies.
  • Detailed-Oriented Professional: Exceptional eye for detail, able to work at pace while maintaining focus.
  • Organized and Ambitious: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling ambiguity.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with Wrike or other project management tools to track workload and progress.
