Job Title: Cloud Technical Specialist

 

As a cloud technical specialist, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level support and customer satisfaction by leveraging Ubuntu and open-source products.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to interact with customers and colleagues.

 

This role involves investigating customer-reported issues, resolving complex problems, and engaging directly with customers to resolve their concerns. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones, ensuring shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.

 

We seek an individual who is passionate about technology, has a deep understanding of Linux systems, and can navigate complex technical challenges. If you have a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate customer-reported issues related to Canonical's portfolio of products.
  • Resolve complex customer problems in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones.
