Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Revit Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and well-organized Revit models from laser scans of existing buildings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Import and process point cloud files into Revit.
  • Create detailed 2D documentation from models including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and surveyors to ensure accurate model interpretation.
  • Perform quality checks on models to ensure dimensional and spatial accuracy.
Requirements:
  • High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (preferably 2022 or later).
  • Understanding of point clouds and modeling from scan data.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to follow documentation standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A diploma or degree in Architecture, Building Design, or similar is preferred but not essential.
  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of construction methods and building services coordination.
