Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Bim professional to collaborate with our field operations team and drive project accuracy forward.
  • This role involves transforming design information into precise 3D models and construction documents, utilizing industry-leading software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will review tender and IFC information per ISO19650 standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • They will create and maintain Revit-based Bim models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules, adhering to project standards and templates.
  • Responsibilities also include performing clash detection and supporting clash avoidance coordination, maintaining clean and healthy Bim models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Additionally, they will update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions, identifying inconsistencies in contract documents and flagging them appropriately.
  • Assisting with as-built documentation and handover preparation is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in shared environments, supporting both internal and external teams, following project protocols and document control procedures.
  • Providing accurate technical responses to site queries and requests will be an essential part of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • A technical diploma in architecture, civil or mechanical engineering is required for this position.
  • The successful candidate should have at least three years of Bim experience on construction projects, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools, such as Revizto and Navisworks, is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, as well as strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Understanding of Bim principles and workflows is essential for success in this role.
