Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the success of our Deploy business in Latin America and the Caribbean region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing product packages that meet recurring client needs, while ensuring attainment of revenue and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs
  • Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across each distribution channel
  • Disseminate capabilities internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management for end-to-end implementations in Latin America, as well as experience in implementation of digital products with extensive use of User Experience (UX) research methodologies.

  • 10+ years of experience in project management for end-to-end implementations in Latin America
  • Experience in implementation of digital products with extensive use of UX research methodologies
  • High-level problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued
