The Opportunity

As a Delivery Lead, you will partner with Fortune 500 clients to set product vision while advising and managing scope, risk, and new product opportunities. You will have the chance to build and grow a team as the Virtual CEO of your project.

This is also a People Manager position, where you will help Partners by hiring, onboarding, assisting and mentoring other Delivery Leads and Project Managers, ensuring their career development in our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product development, leading the creation of products critical to our clients' businesses.
  • Lead complex issues of scope, design, architecture, and process using deep client services experience.
  • Deliver timely, tailored communication for various audiences: engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and C-level executives.
  • Create and guide holistic project plans to create alignment and drive convergent implementation.
  • Encourage sustainable flow for your team while focusing on key client objectives.
  • Be flexible and adaptive to changing scenarios and environments by applying appropriate project management frameworks.
  • Regularly visit your client during kickoff or launch periods.
