Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Architecture Design

Develop deep understanding of business strategy to create tailored technical architecture solutions for diverse business scenarios. Lead transformation of business requirements into technical architectures, balancing functionality, performance, cost, and scalability (e.g., high-concurrency transaction architectures).

  • Technical Solution Implementation

Establish technical selection criteria (e.g., development frameworks, middleware, cloud services) and guide teams to complete system development, deployment, and iteration. Optimize existing business system architectures, resolve technical bottlenecks (e.g., performance optimization, stability enhancement, architecture upgrades), and ensure business continuity.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to advance technical solution review and implementation, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals. Participate in technical decision-making (e.g., new technology adoption, architecture reconstruction), mitigate technical risks, and formulate technical pre-research and reserve plans.

  • Technical Standards and Team Empowerment

Define technical development specifications and architecture design standards, promoting team-wide technical standardization (e.g., code quality, interface specifications, operational processes). Mentor junior engineers in resolving technical challenges, enhancing the team's overall architecture design capabilities and technical vision.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Master core processes of at least one business domain (e.g., transactions, marketing, retail, fulfillment, algorithms), capable of decomposing technical requirements from a business perspective.
  • Solid technical architecture experience: Familiar with distributed architecture design (microservices, message queues, caching mechanisms); proficient in cloud-native technologies (containerization, K8s, Serverless).
  • Understand data architecture (e.g., data middle platforms, real-time data processing) and AI/big data technologies in business contexts (e.g., recommendation systems, risk control models).
Engineering Capability:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex business system architectures (e.g., high-concurrency transaction systems, real-time data analysis platforms), capable of leading technical solutions from concept to launch.
  • Experience in performance tuning and fault troubleshooting; familiar with CI/CD and DevOps processes to ensure system stability and delivery efficiency.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to articulate technical solutions in business language and drive non-technical teams to understand technical value.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly identifying business pain points and matching technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food delivery industry or international e-commerce companies is preferred.
  • Cloud platform (AWS/Aliyun) architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or open-source project contributions is a plus.
