Company Overview:
EMIS is seeking skilled Consultants with varying levels of expertise in operational processes and management optimization.
Position Levels:
- Chief Consultants/Partners (minimum 20 years of relevant experience)
- Senior Consultants (minimum 10 years of relevant experience)
- Consultants (minimum 6 years of relevant experience)
- Junior Consultants (minimum 2 years of relevant experience)
Work Environment:
This role is primarily remote, with the possibility of travel to client headquarters or regional offices as needed.
Contract Details:
Type: Consultant Frame Agreement
Duration: 3+3 years
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive business process evaluations, including mapping and benchmarking.
- Analyzing financial, budgetary, and operational performance, providing strategic advice.
- Enhancing organizational tools and systems for optimal efficiency.
- Delivering actionable insights to improve resource allocation and productivity.
- Advising on program management and change management frameworks to facilitate transformation.
- Establishing KPIs for effective planning and performance tracking.
- Regularly collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and initiatives, creating reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent for all positions; a Master's degree is required for Chief and Senior roles.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Relevant experience in the development sector, particularly with international organizations or NGOs, is required (2 years for Junior, 6 for Standard, 10 for Senior, and 20 for Chief positions).
- Management experience is necessary for higher-level roles.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site if required.
