We are looking for a highly technical professional to manage day-to-day catalog operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a fully operational position where you will be deep in the backend and frontend of Amazon listings, ensuring catalog health, optimizing performance, and supporting sales growth.

You will be responsible for end-to-end listing management, catalog oversight, and data analysis using tools like Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and maintain listings with full backend and frontend control.
  • Monitor listing quality, keyword indexing, suppressed/stranded ASINs, and apply improvements regularly.
  • Collaborate with inventory teams to avoid stockouts/overstocks, manage restock limits, and reconcile discrepancies in Amazon's inventory reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven track record with listing creation and optimization, both backend and frontend.
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Terms of Service, policies, and listing compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
