Program Manager for FBA Brazil

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our FBA team, ensuring seamless execution and driving process improvements across teams.


Job Description

The Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive strategic and tactical initiatives to improve FBA's operations, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the link between FC Operations and FBA Business teams
  • Identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing processes and proposing improvements
  • Diving deep into issues to differentiate isolated problems from structural ones
  • Owning metrics and reports, as well as tracking key metrics and initiatives' impact
  • Creating solutions that address pain points/opportunities and improve Seller Experience
  • Calculating impact/potential of ideas/pain points, making it tangible
  • Influencing and supporting Product team on Roadmap prioritization
  • Suggesting/creating programmatic solutions and initiatives while creating business cases for Product team
  • Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making trade-offs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
