Amazon's logistics network relies on Fulfillment Centers to distribute millions of products worldwide annually. The Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) owns standard work, operations innovation, and process improvement within these centers.
The ACES Ops Brazil team is seeking leaders for the Process Engineering team, which drives process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the customer fulfillment network.
Responsibilities- Evaluate performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities proactively.
- Audit, teach, and drive execution to benchmark standards while promoting continuous improvement.
- Develop detailed standard operating procedures.
- Partner with operational leaders to execute standard work and process improvements driving standardization across the network.
- Collaborate with other teams to review critical inputs, new training, best practices, and documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Supply Chain to deploy network-wide initiatives.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to create scalable mechanisms.
- Travel up to 40% of the time to FCs across the country.
Our goal is to ensure quality control and continuous improvement through close monitoring of metrics and constant productivity, quality, and speed enhancements.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with program or project management
- Ability to use data and metrics to determine improvements
- End-to-end delivery experience with senior leadership communication
- Process improvement experience
- English fluency
- Master's degree or MBA in a related field
- PMP certification
