We are seeking a highly skilled Casino Content Experience Executive to lead our gaming operations. This exciting role will challenge you to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing world of iGaming.

">">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Content Strategy:">

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that highlights top-performing games, curates standout player experiences, and drives engagement across Canada, Spain, Brazil, Portugal, and Colombia.

">">Lobby Management:">

Oversee the management and update of the Casino Lobby for our brands, selecting and promoting games based on performance, player engagement, market trends, and promotional priorities.

">">Performance Analysis:">

Monitor and analyze daily reports to understand game performance, optimize positioning, and make data-driven decisions based on revenue impact.

">">Collaboration and Communication:">

Work closely with internal teams (Content, Casino Product, and CRM) to align promotions with business objectives and campaigns.

">">Industry Knowledge:">

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online casino, crash games, and player preferences by analyzing competitor offerings, new game mechanics, and emerging player preferences.

">">Game Optimization:">

Optimize content placement using real-time data, A/B testing, and player segmentation to enhance engagement and retention.

">">Regulatory Compliance:">

E nsure compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across all markets.

  • Fluent English:">

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

">">iGaming Industry Knowledge:">

Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including game mechanics, trends, and player behaviors.

">">Content Management:">

Experience in content management, preferably within the gaming or betting industry.

">">Data-Driven Decision Making:">

Able to interpret reports and optimize content based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

">">Analytical Skills:">

Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, Looker, or similar reporting tools to track and analyze game performance.

">">Communication Skills:">

Ability to work with people in different time zones, prioritize tasks well, and communicate effectively.
