Senior Campaign Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Campaign Manager to manage substantial advertising budgets across multiple regions.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by challenging targets and wants a growth opportunity in a high-performance environment.

  • Peak Performance Execution: Deliver exceptional daily performance across campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Autonomous Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth daily analysis of all campaign data, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover insights others miss. Utilize all available data to autonomously decide which countries and GEOs to scale, prioritizing maximum ROI and most effective budget allocation on a daily basis.
  • Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and aggressively scale Google Ads campaigns while optimizing every aspect - keywords, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation - to consistently squeeze absolute maximum potential from every campaign.
  • Continuous Innovation & Competitive Intelligence: Proactively research new tools, platform updates, and optimization techniques while analyzing competitor strategies to maintain our competitive edge and discover untapped growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve exceptional ROI performance across multiple regions.
  • Multi-GEO Management: Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries and regions with proven ability to make autonomous scaling decisions based on performance data.
  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads.
