Job Title:

Game Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong creative vision for projects from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement engaging gameplay experiences
  • Manage and prioritize project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in game development with a focus on design leadership and game direction
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, user experience, and game design principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • Background in competitive design, social games, or replayable PvE/PvP
