About The RoleWe seek an autonomous designer who can take strategic direction and independently develop complete interface solutions without constant guidance. This role requires someone who can design exceptional UI experiences and implement them in code, ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities- Create scalable, component-based UIs using structured design systems (NextUI, HeroUI) while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Develop production-ready code using modern tools with meticulous attention to detail, without the need for QA oversight.
- Design and implement interfaces using Figma and AI design tools based on high-level references, working autonomously with minimal guidance.
- A background as a designer-to-developer with advanced Figma expertise is required. You must have started as a UI/UX designer before transitioning into frontend development.
- Familiarity with frontend and AI tool proficiency with 2+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, plus modern AI design tools for rapid interface creation is essential.
- Independent problem-solving experience building and maintaining scalable component architectures while resolving design and technical challenges autonomously is necessary.
