We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director Lead to join our team at MSD. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies across all support areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies and activities implementation across all support areas
- Responsible for marketing and sales performance
- Develop marketing strategies driven by data and other sources of information
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scientific engagement through traditional and non-traditional channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Working experience in marketing, particularly within oncology, hematology, rare disease, immunology, or infectology
- Proficiency in English (advanced)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
