Expert Vehicle Quality Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Automotive Quality Expert to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Job Description:This role involves participating in new product introduction management regulations to ensure horizontal exhibition of new model parts and promote problem improvement of durability and adaptability testing.
You'll also participate in trial production of new models, promote problem improvement, and verification. Additionally, you'll review parts control plans according to regulations, technical agreements, and other requirements.
Your goal will be to improve product performance and market demand to enhance product reliability. You'll formulate corrective and preventive measures to improve or improve product quality based on company indicators and evaluation requirements.
You'll analyze reasons for unqualified parts in a timely manner, take corrective measures, and further improve product quality using the 8D method. You'll implement problem management in accordance with GQDP system management regulations to achieve product quality improvement.
You'll carry out various quality improvement activities to meet the improvement of vehicle reliability. You'll organize and participate in tryouts and switching of newly developed parts, participate in product review, problem raising, rectification, and verification to ensure smooth product tryouts and reduce abnormal production.
You'll be responsible for daily supplier management and evaluation, coordinate supplier resources to promote product quality improvement, and cooperate with the purchasing department to conduct supplier audits.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics;
- Fluent English, Portuguese (native language), and Chinese (desirable);
- More than 5 years of experience in vehicle technology solutions, able to independently plan and carry out supplier audits in conjunction with product problems.
