  • \
  • Deliver technical support to daily operations and incidents in the region.\
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.\
  • Implement Governance Controls and Monitoring according to IT Governance policies and standards.\
  • Collaborate with global technical teams to identify solutions and integrations required.\
  • Lead requirements analysis, functional and technical specification development, monitoring of deliveries, plan and execution of tests, User Acceptance validation support, and deployment of solutions in Production.\
  • Participate in the whole development cycle as an IT Analyst, provide testing, development, and business user support for listed system issues, and document accordingly.\
  • Propose changes in Information Systems in proactive mode.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.\
  • Advanced English language skills.\
  • Strong elicitation and management skills to gather, document, and manage requirements with analytical ability to transform user requirements into systems solutions.\
  • Proficiency in programming languages to execute queries in databases and analyze procedures when needed.\
  • Ability to work in a team, collaborate with other employees, and deliver results-driven performance in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.\
  • Positive, energetic, flexible, and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.\
