Senior Rotating Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing data-driven maintenance strategies for critical rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in predictive maintenance and rotating machinery diagnostics, with a proven track record of analyzing inspection and test data to detect early signs of equipment failure. They will also possess advanced skills in vibration analysis, spectra interpretation, and condition monitoring data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze inspection and test data to identify potential equipment failures.
- Diagnose equipment condition and recommend corrective and predictive maintenance actions.
- Create work notifications and service orders to ensure accurate execution of maintenance activities.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness by analyzing results and calculating avoided costs.
- Develop technical reports and performance indicators related to equipment and maintenance strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in predictive maintenance, reliability, and diagnostics of rotating equipment.
- Advanced skills in vibration analysis, spectra interpretation, and condition monitoring data.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalents.
- Experience with asset monitoring systems like OSIsoft PI, SCADA, or similar.
Differentials:
- Previous experience in offshore environments.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as API, ISO, NR-13.
