Talent Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Data Analyst. This position involves utilizing raw information and constructing narratives to support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing data solutions from scratch, including defining KPIs and metrics, for the Talent funnel.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and querying data sources to gather required data.
  • Cleansing and manipulating data into suitable formats, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
  • Presenting findings and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
  • Deploying data, reports, and dashboards to data analysis tools, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
  • Maintaining and documenting the operational environment.

The primary objective of this position is to extract insights from large volumes of complex data and help solve problems within the Talent team.
