AI and Machine Learning Expert

Join our team to work as a skilled AI and Machine Learning professional in a dynamic, remote environment. We're looking for an expert who can design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using LangChain and Python.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating directly into our clients' teams and working alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality ML/AI solutions and contribute to the success of our clients.

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using LangChain and Python.
  • Develop APIs, databases, and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
  • Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Experience integrating and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation on ML workflows, architectures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role. They will also have advanced English skills and a successful completion of a four-year college degree.
