Job Overview

The role of a Process & Tax Manager involves leading the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize liabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective tax planning strategies to reduce tax liabilities.
  • Conducting thorough financial data analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and planning.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, evaluating their impact on the business.
  • Collaborating with accounting, finance, and legal teams to align tax planning with business objectives.
  • Preparing detailed tax planning recommendations and proposals for senior leadership approval.
  • Coordinating the implementation of approved tax planning strategies, ensuring proper documentation and execution.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with specialization in Tax.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English, with Spanish as an asset.
  • Tax experience in a multinational environment, preferably in a Big 4 firm or major corporation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management expertise, including organizational and change management skills.
