Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the project management team, you will oversee the execution of photovoltaic (PV) initiatives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients' technical teams and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors throughout the engineering phase.
- Provide regular updates on the engineering phase to the project manager.
- Organize and engage in design review sessions.
- Ensure timely submission of engineering drawings and related documentation.
- Monitor and communicate project progress to both external and internal stakeholders.
- Support contractual management to secure necessary approvals and closure documentation.

Required Expertise:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in PV projects or related fields.
- Technical proficiency in PV inverters, wind converters, and/or substations.
- Established network and experience with energy firms, project developers, and EPC contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a multinational context.
- Strong technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.


Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.
- Proven capacity to quickly adapt to new software applications.

Educational Background:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
