We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Senior Consultant to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Risk Management unit, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients in the energy industry.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a strong background in process safety and risk management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects. You will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate risks, and provide technical leadership to junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on process safety and risk management
- Lead and manage complex technical projects, including qualitative and quantitative risk analysis
- Develop and implement safety cases for clients, based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide technical leadership to junior consultants, and mentor them in process safety and risk management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering (Chemical desirable)
- At least 7 years of experience in process safety and risk management
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis techniques, including HAZOP, HAZID, BowTie, SIL/LOPA, and QRA
- Experience in developing and implementing safety cases, based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Fluency in English, with Portuguese and Spanish desirable
