The primary objective of this role is to deliver a leading voice-first conversational AI product that provides intuitive, fluid, and multi-turn interactions with evidence-supported, factual, and helpful answers.

">Responsibilities">
  • Conduct research for solutions to address losses in a horizontal manner.
  • Train and debug Machine Learning (ML) models that power current and future search ranking solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team and cross-functionally to increase the team's impact.
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.">
">Qualifications">

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with local stakeholders in this customer-facing role.">
">Preferred Qualifications">
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
  • 2 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
  • Experience in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.">
