About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a leading voice-first conversational AI product.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a critical project that drives business growth and innovation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for elevating the Search Live quality by delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in areas such as information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop innovative solutions to address losses in a horizontal manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize models using various techniques.
  • Train and debug Machine Learning (ML) models that power current and future search ranking solutions.
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in areas like information retrieval, distributed computing, or natural language processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
