Key Responsibilities:

  • Create intelligent agents using cutting-edge technologies without constraints or bureaucracy.
  • Design and implement complex multi-agent systems that communicate and execute operations with minimal human intervention.
  • Elevate agent capabilities through Model Context Protocols (MCP) development and integration.
  • Automate workflows and eliminate inefficiencies through intelligent automation.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Python programming language and flexibility with other languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure, and managing complex AI systems in production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph, and LLM providers.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Portuguese.
