About the Role

This is a highly skilled position that requires expertise in applied AI, software engineering, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions using AI systems to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into existing software solutions.
  • Design, measure, and evaluate AI model outputs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Select and apply appropriate evaluation metrics to ensure AI solutions are robust, unbiased, and meet performance standards.
Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in applied AI, with a foundation in machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong understanding of trade-offs between various generative AI models and ability to choose the right model for specific use cases.
  • Experience with data embeddings and vector databases, understanding trade-offs between available options, and leveraging it to optimize data ingestion.
  • Proficiency in Python language and understanding trade-offs between multiple frameworks and patterns.
