AI Application Development Role

We are seeking an experienced AI application developer with a strong backend focus to join our team.

As a hands-on builder, you will translate non-technical requirements into production-ready code and own product features end-to-end. You will collaborate with our medical team to design and develop innovative AI solutions that meet clinical needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping quickly and reliably, with a strong understanding of Python microservices (FastAPI) and LLM orchestration (LangChain, CrewAI). Experience with AI agents, APIs, RAG, and vector databases is also essential.

Additionally, you will be familiar with top AI companies and have a sense of what great looks like in terms of AI development. Openness to working on-site in one of our locations is a must.

Bonus points for having a background in Physics or Math, experience in healthcare AI, fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, or experience at a top AI company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Python microservices using FastAPI.
  • Implement LLM orchestration with LangChain or CrewAI.
  • Build frontend prototypes using React/Tailwind or Flutter.
  • Apply production experience with RAG, vector databases, and evaluation systems.
  • Design data pipeline architectures for AI applications.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of AI application development experience.
  • Proven ability to ship quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Familiarity with top AI companies.
  • Strong experience with Python microservices and LLM orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents, APIs, RAG, and vector databases.
