HR Contact Center Associate Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an HR Contact Center Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service to employees across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve HR queries by referring to documentation and escalating when necessary.
  • Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each query is accepted and resolved with high customer focus.
  • Identify gaps in supporting documentation, internal processes, and areas for improving customer service levels.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns throughout their employment lifecycle.
  • Actively seek employee feedback to improve service levels.

As an ideal candidate, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Italian (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR). A high school diploma and basic computer skills are also required. The ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and weekdays, is essential.
