This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement community engagement initiatives. These initiatives aim to promote awareness of health disparities, foster partnerships with local organizations, and provide access to health-related information and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ]
  • Maintain a regular presence in the community through attendance at events and partnerships with local organizations.]
  • Assist in planning and implementing activities that engage community organizations in research activities.]
  • Collect and organize data for program evaluation and assessments.]
  • Attend meetings with community partners to increase awareness and promote collaborations.]
  • Provide periodic public presentations and support research investigators and community partners in conducting community-engaged research.]
  • Support hosting meetings, events, and other programmatic activities, manage event marketing and logistics, work with external vendors and internal business partners, and provide support for onsite and virtual events.]
  • Collect and organize data to assess program impact.]
]

Requirements:

]

A bachelor's degree is required for this position, with exceptions possible with qualified candidates. Two years of experience working with the public in a health or social service-related field are also necessary.
