Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide support to the Human Resources department across the Latin America region, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives in alignment with organizational policies.

This role plays an important part in promoting the harmonization of HR processes across all regions and functions within the organization. It is also crucial to provide support to managers, who will be our key internal customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions during the onboarding process for employees.
  • Prepare and provide reports related to the functions and activities of the Human Resources department.
  • Update Excel files with essential information for bonus calculations and employee performance reviews.
  • Assist employees with the SSAB People system and provide technical support as needed.
  • Support employees during Performance Management (Annual Reviews) and facilitate open communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain and update employee document folders based on received information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR process automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Communicate celebration announcements (birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.) and promote a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at increasing diversity within the organization and foster a culture of inclusion and respect.
  • Provide general support for human resources routines and tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently attending college, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Advanced English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with HR software and systems;
  • Commitment to learning, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude;
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Focus on achieving results, being organized and working with deadlines;
  • Be ethical, empathic and identify with organizational values;
