This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an HR Support Professional. You will play a vital role in supporting the achievement of strategic objectives aligned with company policies.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day assistance to the HR team, ensuring seamless delivery of services across all regions and functions within our division.
Key Responsibilities- Support HR Operations: Provide support to the HR team, including administrative tasks, data entry, and document management.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal customers, including managers and employees, to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Improve Processes: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are highly desirable.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
