Advanced Application Engineer

About the Role
  • Achieve successful project completion within defined time and cost constraints.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders, reviewing customer specifications and identifying opportunities, risks, and resources required for success.
  • Provide technical leadership to a small team of engineers or technicians.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of solutions and services to customers.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professionally communicate in writing and verbally with account teams, management, and customers.
  • Transform technical customer requirements into practical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial environments, focusing on process optimization.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading APC (Advanced Process Control) and/or multi-variable projects in various industries.
  • Experience in optimization software technologies.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills, with proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Growth and Customer Focus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or Process Engineering.
  • Experience in MMM, O&G plant processes.
  • Technical Excellence.
  • Knowledge of PMI or similar project implementation methodologies.
  • Achieve high levels of development quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Availability for travel.
