We are looking for a creative professional with expertise in direct response copywriting to join us as a Creative Copywriter. This role requires the ability to generate fresh ideas, write compelling ad scripts, and analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future campaigns.

  • Develop innovative ad concepts aligned with direct response principles.
  • Write 80-100 high-converting ad scripts per week for Meta Platforms.
  • Design static ad ideas on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.

Key Objectives:

  • Manage the full creative process (from scripting all the way to final creative) in order to produce high converting creatives on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with our content manager to find, manage and source new content to be used across all marketing channels.
  • Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives.
  • Script UGC Direct response creatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Direct Response Expertise: 3+ Years Experience with performance creative for DTC brands or working at a creative agency is a must.
  • Tools & Metrics: Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, pitch decks, and spreadsheets to present ideas and campaign outcomes effectively.
  • UGC Experience: Lots of experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high converting content across paid channels.
  • Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, shot listing, and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance.
