Global Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Procurement Strategist to oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services required for clinical business operations.
This role involves developing and executing global procurement strategies aligned with business goals, leading a global team of procurement professionals by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities, identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, and analyzing purchasing behavior across all clinical sites to identify fragmentation, inefficiencies, or unmanaged spend and implement related procurement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Global Procurement Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives.
- Lead Global Procurement Team: Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to a team of procurement professionals.
- Negotiate Contracts with Vendors and Suppliers: Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts that meet business needs.
- Analyze Purchasing Behavior: Analyze purchasing behavior across all clinical sites to identify areas for improvement and implement related procurement strategies.
