Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Talent Operations team as a Senior Associate. This key role involves supporting, coordinating and facilitating Human Resources (HR) activities, initiatives, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recurring HR processes including performance management, compensation, and career development, and suggest process improvements.
  • Interpret and disseminate talent information to leadership, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Analyze HR-related data, identify issues, and provide suggestions.
  • Maintain regular interaction with Talent Enablement leads to understand business, strategy, and goals.
  • Provide operational support for data analytics projects to achieve talent priorities.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR programs and processes for assigned client groups.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as determined by leadership.
  • May assist in workforce planning activities.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience related to Talent processes, procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Proven project management experience within a Talent or HR function.
  • Strong analytical skills with data gathering, analysis, and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in relevant business tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team working skills with virtual collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple constituents, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of talent processes and systems.
  • Inclination toward building relationships across levels and functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
