Job Title: Mid-Career Hydraulic Systems Engineer

Boeing Brazil is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Career Hydraulic Systems Engineer to join our team in São José dos Campos. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing system requirements and defining system architecture for our new airplane project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop system requirements and define system architecture.
  • Develop or review hardware and software designs and associated interface specifications.
  • Ownership of component level design requirements.
  • Analyze system performance through modeling and simulation.
  • Support the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups.
  • Perform and document analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
  • Perform detail design development and modification of mechanical and fluid system installations.
  • Develop, verify, validate, and certify designs through both laboratory and airplane testing.
Requirements:
  • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
  • Must have a degree in Engineering.
  • Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
  • Experience working in engineering product development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in full-cycle development on Hydraulic System.
  • Experience working on innovative environments.
  • Experience working with integrated cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills.
