Key Responsibilities:
Lubrizol is seeking a SuccessFactors Module Administrator to enhance our HR Technology team. This position is accountable for the upkeep, operational excellence, and enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors talent management Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service through their SAP SuccessFactors knowledge. They will support our process owners during system updates, focusing on key improvements to elevate user experience and boost productivity.
Qualifications:
- Deliver ongoing technical expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules.
- Oversee daily operations, continuous system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage bi-annual release updates and collaborate with leadership to formulate enablement strategies.
- Work with HR technology and other departments to optimize processes; recommend configuration adjustments to align with business needs.
- Regularly assess system capabilities to ensure alignment with future organizational growth objectives.
- Lead project management for third-party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with the HR analytics team to create and utilize custom reports and dashboards; assist in data analysis.
- Diagnose and resolve system interface errors, related issues, and unexpected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain system and process documentation in partnership with the process owner.
- Establish, document, and uphold system administration procedures.
- Support end users by managing inquiries through our HR service delivery tool.
- Engage in current and future HR system projects (including the transition of our core HR to the cloud).
- Conduct audits consistently and promptly, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Interact with SuccessFactors Support to manage tickets as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors administration, specifically with Recruiting and Onboarding modules and Employee Central.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting system issues or prior systems administrator/analyst roles.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English at an Intermediate/Advanced level.
- Possess a partnership mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, demonstrating a high sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; prior experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is advantageous.
- SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) certifications are a plus.
- Experience with system implementation is beneficial.
