Job Title: Digital Coordinator

The role of Digital Coordinator is a critical position in our organization, requiring a dynamic individual to manage and grow our digital channels. This includes direct-to-consumer (E-commerce) and partner (E-Retail) online platforms.

This is a leadership-oriented role that demands strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to enhance brand presence, drive sales, and deliver a superior customer experience across all digital touchpoints. As a Digital Coordinator, you will also mentor and develop talent within your team to achieve collective success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and traffic.
  • Continuously monitor website performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights to management.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the brand's website, ensuring a premium user experience, seamless navigation, and up-to-date content.
  • Plan, implement, and track the full digital activation calendar, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
  • Oversee the online product catalog and assortment, managing visual merchandising, product information, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and manage the newsletter strategy, from content planning to segmentation and performance analysis, to engage and grow our subscriber base.
  • Oversee digital client service channels, including WhatsApp and SAC (Serviço de Atendimento ao Consumidor), ensuring responses are timely, helpful, and aligned with our luxury brand standards.
  • Collaborate in the development of the paid media strategy (SEM, Social Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking for all e-commerce activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across all e-retail partners, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular stock and order analysis to ensure optimal product availability and prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Collaborate with key e-retail partners to define the product catalog, assortment, and promotional activation plan.
  • Develop and execute a tailored GWP and sampling strategy for each partner to drive their sales and support their marketing efforts.
  • Manage the co-op media strategy and budget with e-retailers, ensuring brand visibility and effective campaign execution on their platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, preferably within the beauty, luxury goods, or consumer products (CPG) industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify, Magento).
    • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Paid Social Media.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Highly analytical and data-driven with a keen eye for detail.
    • Leadership and mentoring capabilities with a passion for developing people.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Language: Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English are required.
