Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role:

As a senior backend engineer, you will play a key role in migrating a large-scale Ruby on Rails monolith to Go-based microservices. Your expertise in building new services and maintaining existing ones will ensure seamless permission flows.

  • Migrate a legacy Ruby on Rails application to a scalable Go-based microservices architecture.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance APIs using Go.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure authorization systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of professional backend experience.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Go (5+ years in production).
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails for working with legacy logic.
  • Experience with MySQL or relational databases.
