Job Description

As a strategic Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that foster employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational excellence.

You will be responsible for planning and leading the human resources function for Commercial sites of the Medical Segment business, navigating several LATAM countries to prioritize goals that best serve the overall region.

  • Effectively balance business partner responsibility with employee advocacy, fostering a positive culture and high-performing work environment.
  • Demonstrate a relentless approach to talent: Strategic workforce planning, Talent development, Capability gap assessments, Organizational design and structure.
  • Serve as a change agent and curator of culture.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to execute enterprise-wide programs and solutions that advance the business.
  • Develop and implement plans and actions to improve employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support leaders as strategist, coach, change agent, curator of culture, and architect.
  • Partner with assigned business leaders and HR teams to set both long-term and short-term organization strategy and implement strategic HR initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of the organization.
  • Balance business partner responsibility with employee advocacy; build a positive employee relations culture and work environment.
  • Develop communication plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion.
  • Champion talent development and movements to build organization overall capabilities and bench strength.
  • Influence and support country leaders and local leadership team in making key people or HR-related decisions.
  • Participate and influence decision-making on hiring of key positions and talents.
  • Influence and direct implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of business operations, talent development, and capability gap assessments. Experience in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and structure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
